That said, a clear aligner is not the most suitable method for every case. The direction of tooth movement, jaw relationships, periodontal health and the patient's compliance in wearing the aligners for the recommended times all matter. In some cases fixed orthodontics may be more predictable or more efficient. The decision should be made with an orthodontic examination and digital records.
